This is my daily offering to the painting muses - I call it "Deep in Thought" and it is 8" x 6" and is painted on 140 lb. Arches cold-pressed watercolor paper. This is a very loose interpretation of a photograph I saw on Wet Canvas. I have always liked to paint pictures of people - especially my grandchildren - which I will have to do again soon!

Yes - she is deep in thought. These daily works are really going to be more impressions than finished works of art, so I am glad that you think I captured the "feeling!"
