Happy New Year to all you Artists and Bloggers!
This is the second installment of the copper tea kettle painting - as you can see, it is taking a while, as I expected.
Blessings to all in the New Year!
Welcome to Barb's Daily Creations! I have lofty ambitions - I want to post a new drawing or painting every day. The purpose of this, of course is to stay creative and on task artistically even when I may not feel the muses calling, prodding and pushing. I hope that you enjoy my humble efforts, because, ultimately, that is the purpose of creating art - to enrich lives - mine and yours. Thanks for visiting!

All I can say about this is WOW! And I'm amazed how you are painting it, a bit at a time, completely finished in each little area :) Happy New Year, Barb.
That is pretty much how I do paintings with reflections - it takes so much control and I have found if I do larger washes I lose control of the painting. When I finish the kettle and get into the background - there will be larger washes and it will go more quickly.
Happy New Year to you, Rhonda!
Happy New Year Barb! Just like RH, I'm saying Wow!
Thanks, Norena! It's slow progress, but always fun! Happy New Year to you, Norena!
