Monochromatic Character Study in Sepia
This is my daily painting - a quick monochromatic character study in sepia. It is 8" x 6" and is painted on hot pressed Canson Tientes watercolor paper.
She looks a bit wary, but interesting and I like how you've shaped her face with just one color and value changes. So...how did the big opening day for you show go??? Or did you post at your other blog?
Rhonda...my show went very well - we had an awesome crowd - about 125 people - good for the small gallery - they devoured the wine and food, too! I am going to post pictures when I get around to getting them on the computer. Yes - I think that she looks wary, also.
