The painting for day 10 is another landscape which is taken from a photograph by a friend, Susan Roper in Glacier National Park in Montana. The painting is approximately 9" x 12" and is painted on 140 lb. cold-pressed Fabriano Artistico watercolor paper.
Welcome to Barb's Daily Creations! I have lofty ambitions - I want to post a new drawing or painting every day. The purpose of this, of course is to stay creative and on task artistically even when I may not feel the muses calling, prodding and pushing. I hope that you enjoy my humble efforts, because, ultimately, that is the purpose of creating art - to enrich lives - mine and yours. Thanks for visiting!
Write it on your heart that every day is the best day of the year.

Dear Barb - catching up on all your artwork...you are extremely talented and I am amazed how easily you move from one medium to the next. I am partial to the barn in Logan County because like you I love old barns. They are passing us by my friend as the family farms are sold and this special way of life leaves us. You are doing a great thing in preserving the memories - God Bless!
Debbie - Thank you very much...I work and am comfortable in many media because I was a high school art teacher for 45 years and had to be familiar with almost all ways of working in the visual arts. What is it they say? Jack of all trades and master of none! (smile)
Lovely mix of greens, Barb, and congrats to you for being so disciplined to do this challenge for the month.
